THE MAIN Space - $60/hr

The main room boasts east facing windows and a large open space with a beautiful exposed ceiling and beams. We’ve got a rolling 12 foot wall painted black on one side and white on the other that is available for our general rentals. This rental also has a bedroom set and you have the option to upgrade to the Boudoir Suite.

The boudoir suite - addl $25/hr

This space is an optional upgrade to your Main Space rental and it is for your clients and your hair and makeup artist. Give your people the royal treatment with the boudoir suite add on! This room offers a large hair and makeup station, a lingerie client closet with sizes XS to 4X, a changing room, and a mini fridge.

The den

In our Den rental, you have access to our luxury suite, equipped with a LED window wall (12ft wide, 7ft tall), a strobe on a rolling stand, deep black walls, and a full boudoir client closet + changing room. This studio is a single room.
